Technical Support Level 5 (senior network engineer)

FLM / Remote Hands – Provides onsite support delivered by skilled Level 1–3 multilingual field engineers who handle a wide range of data center and customer site tasks. Services are typically offered on a time and materials basis, with global SLA options available across various operational conditions.

Infrastructure Builds – Provides end to end, fully commissioned digital infrastructure, covering data center and POP deployments, AI network installations, and structured cabling systems. Each build is engineered for high performance, regulatory compliance, and scalable future growth.

Circuit and Cable Testing – Provides end to end validation of network infrastructure by testing circuits and evaluating fiber and copper cabling installations. Services include but not limited to, Layer 2-3 RFC2544/Y1564 testing, full characterization and OTDR analysis to identify signal loss and verify overall circuit/cabling performance. Industry standard equipment such as EXFO, Viavi, and Fluke is commonly used.

Managed Services – Provides comprehensive, end to end network management, including hardware procurement, deployment, 24/7 monitoring, fault resolution, and global operational maintenance support. Services ensure network reliability, performance optimization, and seamless lifecycle management across multi vendor environments. Supported hardware platforms include Cisco, Juniper, Ciena, Packetlight, Ribbon, Netgear, and a wide range of additional OEMs.

Staff Augmentation & Specialized IT Recruitment – Provides on demand access to thoroughly vetted IT and telecom professionals worldwide, enabling organizations to scale teams rapidly and fill niche or hard to source roles with precision.
