Telesol Group and UTECH Global are today delighted to announce our merger with immediate effect!
The deal was completed based on a share only transaction creating a single Global brand with increased annual revenues and 100% privately funded by the board of directors.

According to the CEOs of both companies Andjelko Marjanovic and Gus Osborne, this merger will allow the newly formed board to offer broader range and geographical spread of services to our clients.
