TeleSol Group has a purpose-built 24/7 Network Operations Center. The NOC team helps ensure our clients receive a preeminent service by coordinating our technicians in the field with the customer requirements. The NOC is the link between our clients and the technicians. Our global NOC operators receive and respond to requests from clients and dispatch technicians to the site at precisely the time required. Upon receiving a support request, the NOC team creates a ticket, which allows for precise tracking of progress. The NOC receives a report from the technician when any work is undertaken, and they are able to keep the client updated.
