The type of personal information that we process

TeleSol Group strives not to collect information about children aged 16 or younger, or to create interest segments that are specifically designed to target children. You have a number of rights when we record personal data about you. These rights are laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can view, correct, block or delete your personal details at any time.
To make use of your rights you can submit a written request. TeleSol Group has four weeks from the receipt of the request to assess whether the request is justified. TeleSol Group will announce what will happen to the request within four weeks. If the request is not followed, there is the possibility to object to TeleSol Group, or to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, AP). On the basis of such a request, TeleSol Group can request additional information to ensure the identity of the person concerned.
